Cold Rolling Process
Using 20-high Sendzimir rolling mills, we perform multi-pass rolling to achieve ultra-thin gauges (0.03–0.5mm). Advanced AGC (Automatic Gauge Control) ensures thickness tolerance within ±0.001mm. Lubrication systems reduce friction and heat distortion.
Through the pressure of the rolling mill rolls, the material undergoes plastic deformation, gradually rolling the thickness to the target size.
This step not only compresses the thickness but also refines the internal grains, improving the material strength and surface flatness, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.
