Aerospace-Grade Precision Stainless Strip
304, 316L & 17-7 PH for Demanding Flight Environments
Elevate Performance, Safeguard Every Flight
At altitudes where temperature swings exceed 200 °C and vibration tolerances are measured in microns, material integrity becomes mission-critical. Our precision-rolled stainless-steel strips—304, 316L, and precipitation-hardened 17-7 PH—deliver the mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability required by next-generation airframes, engines, and avionics.
Certified Alloys, Aerospace Traceability
- 304 Strip: Non-magnetic austenitic grade with excellent oxidation resistance up to 870 °C; ideal for interior structural brackets, gaskets, and insulation retainers.
- 316L Strip: Low-carbon, molybdenum-enhanced alloy providing superior pitting resistance in salt-fog and hydraulic-fluid environments; specified for fuel-line clamps and sensor housings.
- 17-7 PH Strip: Precipitation-hardenable chromium-nickel-aluminum steel offering tensile strengths up to 1,380 MPa after CH900 heat treatment; perfect for lightweight spring elements and actuator components.
Applications Spanning Airframe to Avionics
- Structural Honeycomb Cores
Ultra-thin 304 foils (0.025–0.050 mm) with ±2 µm gauge control ensure uniform cell formation and repeatable shear strength in bonded sandwich panels.
- Engine V-Seal & Gasket Rings
316L precision slit to ±0.025 mm width tolerance maintains positive sealing under cyclic thermal loads, eliminating costly turnaround leaks.
- Landing-Gear Sensor Shims
17-7 PH strip, tempered to 1,240 MPa UTS and flatness ≤ 0.05 mm/m, delivers precise preload compensation without weight penalties.
